Job Title: Cost Controller

Location: FMCG and Manufacturing Sector

Job Summary / Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced, thorough, and insightful Cost Controller to be responsible for calculating costs of food items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects. To record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food items for the entire company.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Able to effectively control the Food & Beverage Cost.
  • Check and verify all financial postings related to cost in system.
  • Check the cost of sales in all F&B outlets and ensure that the costs are within budget.
  • Check the menu pricing on the POS systems and ensure the correct prices are loaded.
  • Tally all end of shift reports generated from all POS outlets.
  • Responsible for linking the articles and Recipes in Material Control.
  • Responsible for preparing daily Food and Beverage Report and distribute to management.
  • Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales.
  • Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections.
  • Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price
  • Maintain vendor and service provider relationships.
  • Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs.
  • Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at the expected cost.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or relevant field is a must.
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience working in cost control (Manufacturing field is a plus)
  • Experience with accounting system, POS systems, cost and inventory systems.

Job Title: Pizza Chef

Location: Restaurants Sector

Job Summary / Overview:

To Make delicious pizzas based on both traditional and modern recipes; prepare pizza dough, slicing and chopping toppings like vegetables and meats and executing customers’ orders considering special requests; increase client satisfaction by preparing high-quality pizzas.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders.
  • Baking a wide variety of pizza dough’s, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed.
  • Making fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces.
  • Rolling out and topping pizzas with ingredients, as per recipes.
  • Removing pizzas from oven and preparing them for serving.
  • Cooking appetizers, like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic breads and salads.
  • Maintaining a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
  • Ensuring countertops are kept clean and tidy and properly maintaining oven and cooking utensils.

Job Summary / Overview:

Host/Hostess responsibilities to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers, greet customers as they enter a restaurant, take their reservation or put them on a waiting list, give them menus, and show them to their seats.

Hostess Job Responsibilities:

  • Warmly and graciously greet all guests upon arrival.
  • Open the front door for guests entering or leaving the restaurant.

We are looking for a skilled Waiter/Waitress to take orders and provide quality service to guests by ensuring prompt and courteous service following procedures and which exceeds the minimum standards.

Job responsibilities:

  • Welcomes customers when they arrive at a restaurant.
  • Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials
  • Answers questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing
